Project Description:

9-12 Dawson Street Comprises of the re-development of an existing five story over a single level basement. Two additional set back floors have been added to provide prime Grade A office accommodation. The Dawson Street and Lane facades have a protected status and are re-furbished accordingly. The Additional fifth and sixth floors have full height curtain walling and bronze feauture fins.
